I have done research on it
It means to exceed a given standard that is ordinary, average, terrible or unworthy.

Excellence is to be superior in QUALITY
Excellence is to obtain greater in QUANTITY
Excellence is to TRANSCEND your job description
and lastly,
It's to OUTDO ourselves each time

Sound easy right?
not so tough to achieve right?

Finally i know..

Today i know something which i wanted to know all the while..
and finally i realised the fact that i cant change anything
if i know every single things on it...
so helpless???
can't i work hard on it?
why can't 2+2=4???
why 1+1=can be anything, other than 2?
